Change server is now shown anytime we have more than 1 server available.

Giving back to Michael; I need to focus my time a bit more with the
RCs and Gollem isn't a release app yet.

Jan Schneider asked me to add my posting from gollem@lists.horde.org
to this bug:

Hi, I've configured five different FTP server backends in
gollen/config/backends.php.  I have set 'hordeauth' => true on all of
them.  If click on File Management from the menu on the left, I am
taken straight in to the first FTP server and I do not have an icon to
allow me to change to another server.  However, if I set hordeauth =>
false, I can choose my server at the start and once I've authenticated I
can use the "Change Server" icon to pick another server.

Thanks

Mark

I'm still seeing some things that don't quite make sense to me, so I'm
going to take this one for now. Will get back to you.

This has been fixed (of course I have said this before...).  I have
also fixed the situation where there is 1 backends that doesn't
require any credentials (i.e. you are logged in automatically).

Now I can't log into credential-less backends whether it's a drop down
or not. Also, if there's only one backend and it doesn't need a
password, why am I getting a "Connect to" button instead of simply
being taken to it? That used to work...

How about what I just committed?

Have a drop down with multiple servers in it, and have the first
option not require a username/password. Hit Log in; the request goes
to redirect.php, which refuses to create a new session if $user and
$pass are null.

Can't reproduce this.

It is not possible to choose the first backend
in drop-down list. All other entries are ok.
