What theme are you using?  You are not using the Horde default theme
(or the Silver Surfer theme for that matter) and those are the only
supported DIMP themes.  As I previously mentioned, both of those
themes display fine.
Just re-tested with default theme. It displays correctly after
clearing cache *and* closing browser, regardless of which one. Weird
one. I'm happy for this ticket to be closed in this case.

This patch breaks display for me - it uncenters the search bar in the
dimpactions row and top justifies it, which looks terrible.  What
browser are you having issues with?  Can you post a screenshot of
what is displaying wrong for you?
The patch I submitted was tested on Safari and Firefox 3. I tested it
on IE today (see screenshot).

On IE, it looks like a right padding *should* still be applied.
Otherwise, I don't see the top alignment that you mention -- it is
properly centered vertically.

Patch attached. Easy fix really: just have to remove the 4px padding
that is present in the dimpActions bar.

The Search form/textbox is a few pixels lower than it should be and
pushes the columns to the left, thus messing the alignment.
