(or the Silver Surfer theme for that matter) and those are the only
supported DIMP themes. As I previously mentioned, both of those
themes display fine.
clearing cache *and* closing browser, regardless of which one. Weird
one. I'm happy for this ticket to be closed in this case.

dimpactions row and top justifies it, which looks terrible. What
browser are you having issues with? Can you post a screenshot of
what is displaying wrong for you?
on IE today (see screenshot).
On IE, it looks like a right padding *should* still be applied.
Otherwise, I don't see the top alignment that you mention -- it is
properly centered vertically.

pushes the columns to the left, thus messing the alignment.
