In templates/index/index.inc the string "Home" (line 141 and 246) is used. In the german translation is it translated with "Pos1" similar to the key on the keyboard. Unfortunately this is right in 50% of its usage. I recommend to replace the first occurences (line 141) with the string "Portal". This would also be consistent to the sidebar usage.
