Don't see this anymore in IMP 5.  Since it most likely was fixed w/the 
MIME rewrite, will not be backported to IMP 4.

When stripping an attachment, and another attachment of the same 
message has a non-ascii name, this other name's encoding is specified 
as us-ascii after the stripping, though the name is still correctly 
quoted-printable encoded in the original charset.
