- when turning it on, messages that were previously flagged as deleted
still show up (flagged as deleted) in both imp and dimp. I'd expect
them to be hidden and show in the virtual trash folder instead
- when a new message arrives with vtrash on, I get this message:
/var/www/horde/imp/mailbox.php:866: Undefined property: stdClass::$msgno
- DIMP doesn't seem to honor vtrash at all - messages just show as
deleted in the mailbox
