We shouldn't require summary in posts. If it's missing in the feed, it 
should be autogenerated from the body.



Ideally, we should also allow treating the summary field as the intro 
text, which is concatenated with the body instead of being duplicative 
of it. Eventually that'd require allowing the summary to be HTML as 
well.



This dovetails somewhat with #6400.
