Presently, the time shown is the time on the server itself; when the server is in a different time zone than the server, this can lead to the mistaken impression that the time/date stamp on the messages sent through the user's webmail will be incorrect. users don't necessarily understand that the time shown on Mailbox and Folder Display Options is for demo purposes only.
