   <description>It would be helpful if the time shown in the drop-down menu for the Mailbox and Folder Display Options matched the time zone selected by the user in Locale and Time options. Presently, the time shown is the time on the server itself; when the server is in a different time zone than the server, this can lead to the mistaken impression that the time/date stamp on the messages sent through the user's webmail will be incorrect. users don't necessarily understand that the time shown on Mailbox and Folder Display Options is for demo purposes only. It would eliminate all possible confusion if the time shown matched the user's selected time zone.
