times now on the compose screen. But if people really want them, they
should be separate buttons I guess.

access key to navigate to the address fields, the cursor is no longer
placed into the field, but instead the address book pops up. Actually
the labels don't work anymore at all, which also reduces accessibility.

attached patch links the address labels (To, CC, BCC) to the address book
as it's quite common in some desktop mail clients and users are used to it.
Please check if the close of the <a href> is done right by appending "</a>".
