Is it possible to have all the icons displayed in all sections of 
Horde without using
the left menu option.  For example, when in Mail the "Horde", 
"Address", "Calender", ect
do not show at the top.  The only way to access those icons/links is 
to turn on the left
menu.  Is it possible to display all icons in all sections of Horde at 
the top of the
screen?  The shared version of Horde that my host offers has this 
configuration with all
icons at the top.
