I'd prefer not to have the line-number changes in the ticket, just the 
log message and links to Chora.



Also, if you're in here, we should strip the leading spaces from the 
Chora links (and the log message if applicable), either globally, or 
from the Whups comment, because when posted to Whups, it results in 
some weird wrapping in the emails.

Not from me. Just be sure to strip out the "Bug:" and "Submitted by:" 
lines. We might also want to add some prefix for other lines that 
should not go into the ticket comment, like "#".

commit message become part of the ticket?

We have a svn script for this; since we're not currently moving off of 
CVS, though, we should enable it on our existing infrastructure.
