This was only an issue because we had two apps directly sharing code.   
Since DIMP and MIMP are no more as of Horde 4, and no other app does 
this kind of code sharing, there really isn't a need to "fix" this.

I've known about the issue for at least a year.  It's a Horde issue - 
and IIRC there is no way to fix it without breaking BC.  Which is why 
I have always told people they can't switch between dimp/imp in a 
session and expect everything to work 100%.

Not sure if this is Horde or DIMP issue, but I just noticed that when 
I configure $conf['menu']['apps'] in DIMP's config, those settings 
stick when going back to Horde/IMP, i.e. the application icons are 
displayed in the menu for IMP too.
