Ticket #4867, it seems to us old resolved bugs are notmonitored.)
Changing the meaning of IMAP \FLAGGED flag was not a good idea. We
have 50000 users that are used to the existing semantics. Almost all
MUAs are rendering the flag as Important, and it shouldn't be changed
too lightly.
Furthermore, because someone has set the flag manually, the MUA
shouldn't clear it. It seems like a bug to me.
(If the flag was named plain "Flagged", users could give it their own
interpretation. After all, that's the way IMAP has it.)
