Recently I received an e-mail from the weather.com guys, and they have changed their weather services feed. You can still view the feed if you browse directly to the url but, the feed doesn't display in the portal. The error given in the portal is "Services_Weather (Weatherdotcom.php:288): An unknown error has occured.". I would assume that something needs to be modified within the weather portal block to read the new feed properly. This was also confirmed in the IRC.
