You can still view the feed if you browse directly to the url but, the feed doesn't display in the portal. The error given in the portal is "Services_Weather (Weatherdotcom.php:288): An unknown error has occured.". I would assume that something needs to be modified within the weather portal block to read the new feed properly. This was also confirmed in the IRC.
