Exercise.  If an admin is blindly adding Net_DNSBL entries without 
understanding how it works, then shame on them.

You can already do this with a preauthentication hook, though an 
example hook would be nice.

It would be cool if Horde / IMP had built-in support to block entry 
into the application based on DNSBL entries.
