I did a test this morning trying to reinstall everything and I still have the same problem. I put a trace on the $elt array in lib/IMAP/Tree.php on line 1133 (_setAttribute function). I can see all the shared folder but they don't get displayed. But after that, the build method is called and this one only return the INBOX structure and there nothing from shared folder is returned in the imp/folder.php.
