   <description>One of the original goals for the Auth:: system was to have a PAM-like stack of auth modules, so that you could restrict by IP, time, AND login to an IMAP server or against a SQL table (for instance).

With or without that, support for one-time passwords like https://www.grc.com/ppp would be useful. But especially with the multi-factor functionality.</description>
