I'm reluctant to provide a special config variable for that as using 
the Horde temporary directory should be sufficient.



But of course the current Cache definition does not pick up the 
temporary directory set within the Horde configuration. The attached 
patch fixes that.

my default path is /tmp and i can obviously not change it w/o changing 
the code of Kolab_IMAP.
