Fixed in CVS, and also expire the stacks whenever a newly uploaded 
image becomes the 'default' image - since that should be placed on the 
top of the stack.

If you upload only an image. View the gallery thumbnail in the list. 
Then you upload some other photos, the image stuck wont be generated 
as the thumbnail does not exists. So I guess that the gallery 
thumbnail should be deleted when after an image is uploaded. Of course 
this is needed only for the fist five image (I guess) that are used 
for thumbnail stack. I don't have a patch for this as I don't know 
where to put this.
