Currently test.php looks for Mail_Mime and Mail_mimeDecode, but if 
either fails it reports Mail_Mime as missing.  When installed through 
PEAR Mail_Mime automatically adds Mail_mimeDecode, but when installing 
through an OS Package System, they may be separate installs.  It would 
be nice if both packages were tested for and reported separately.
