Changed the patch to return a reference to the Ansel_Image object 
that's stored in the static variable, added the needed reference 
operators throughout Ansel, and removed the reference from the new 
Ansel_Image() assignment....and committed.

Ansel_Storage::getImage() can be called multiply times per page. For 
example in full image view is called 3 times. So statically save 
results.
