I've wanted this forever also, and it has been completed.
Not completely completed :-)
I have one identity where there is a BCC automatically set. The 
compose window chooses the right identity, however the BCC-field is 
not filled in.
When I choose "reply to all" the default identity is chosen instead 
the one tied to the address.

It would be great if the identity tie to option from IMP ( "Addresses 
to explicitly tie to this identity") would also work in DIMP. That's 
great when replying with special identities is needed.
