Right - that is what MIMP's current feature set is. Please feel free to contribute or sponsor development of more extensive xhtml features, or for slimmed down stylesheets for IMP. Attachments are tricky since many mobile devices have no support for them at all.
In any case, this is something for the dev lists, not a bug.

When my clients try to use the horde mail client through a Mobile Phone. The Emails only come through as plain text, and cant get links to attachments.
