If you use the dynamic javascript filter you can just type the name
of the category you want. I guess that probably isn't in the
groupware bundle you're using, but I'm having a hard time
understanding what you're saying.

There is an enhancement to make in the search tool of the notes.
search by categories ;)
Imagination : if i have ~ 70 different categories and i will only show 
a group of notes sorted by a specific categories (because if i use the 
filter in the main page of the notes i must scroll a long time) How 
can i do ?  ;)
