This is the same problem as in
bug #4094. It is a the locale problem. But the attached patch in the related bug didn't work for me since it didn't changed all the ”%.2f” instances with “%.2F”.Btw. The related ticked wasn't solved as file PDF should support php 4.2. Now as 4.7 is out maybe we can apply it, since 4.3 it would be required.

When opening the pdf file, produced with "Save as PDF". I get the following error from Adobe Acrobat Reader (v8.0):
There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading
this document (110).
I'm not sure if this is related to mnemo or framework/File_PDF.
