One more suggestion:

- Immediately above the list of matching fields, add:

To exclude a particular field from the.import,
or to mend an erroneous match, select a pair of matching fields, then
hit "Remove pair".

When the Import function has recognized all pairs of matching fields,
the meaning of the ?Import, Step 3? mask is hard to grasp (cf.
attached screen shot): the lists of imported, and available, fields
are empty, and the user will inevitably relate ?Select two matching
fields? to the list of ?Matching fields?, further down.

Suggestions:

- If there are no unmatched fields left, supress the upper part of the
mask, comprising ?Select two matching fields?, the empty lists, and
the ?Add pair? button.

- Change ?Select two matching fields? to read: ?Select both a field
imported from the source file and the matching field available in your
addressbook, then hit ?Add pair??, or some such.

- Add particular help texts to the ?Add pair?, and ?Remove pair?,
buttons, explaining the effect of those buttons.
