Should be fixed now in HEAD and FW_3.

Yeah. Known problem not only for blue-and-white but for other themes 
too. I've proposed a workaround quite a while ago, but it broke other 
browsers so it was never commited.



If you and your users are not using any other browser but IE7 then you 
can solve it by adding <br /> after the last <span> like in this page 
-> http://www.tekila.lt/ie73.html



Of couse there must be a cleaner way to solve this but I and even 
couple of my friends with good CSS knowledge failed to do that. Maybe 
someone else will be more lucky.

Under IE 7.0 release, the blue-and-white layout isn't displayed 
properly.  Please see attached screenshot.  Users are kinda confused 
because they don't see the IFolder (X),  Page 1 of X, and 1 to X of X 
across the top.



This is Horde 3.1.3 and IPM 4.1.3.
