I've removed the unnecessary tooltips and reorganized the tabs so that blank names are handled more gracefully. I've used "Blank name" as the default text instead of defaulting to another field that may or may not be there.

If a contact doesn't have a fullname, then the "name" tab in the contact view is just a colored blob with very little to click. Also the tooltip in the browse mode is 'View ""'. Should we use the email address instead as a fall-back?
