It doesn't have to be wap (or more precisely wml). Just a simple html version of what you think it should look like.

What for a mockup you want exactly ?

As long as it ends up working on my treo I'm okay with tweaking it. Want to make a mockup?

Well maybe not full subject but at least one line will be easier to read than three wrapped words. Well that's how I feel on my mobile phone.

Showing the entire subject could be less than friendly to mobile devices with small screens or small memory though, also...

Having mails displayed in collumns in inbox (or folders) is quit not user friendly and text is easily wrapped and cropped. Hard to have full subject or full email without reading the mail. Could be great to have text display in full lines and messages separated by a line, something like this :

[New] --- 02/01/2000 12:00
someone@somewhere.net
" This is a useless subject "

[Replied] --- 01/01/2000 12:00
elseone@elsewhere.net
" This already was a useless subject "
