Unless someone can come up with a scenario that reliably reproduces this on at least one developer's machine (or someone submits a patch), there is not much we can do here. Can't reproduce here. And, looking at the code, it looks like the code would kick out with a PEAR_Error if fsockopen() failed long before any of those lines would even be reached.State ⇒ Assigned

After loging in to MIMP and clicking on the link below the text "Hello, Vilius" I see and error "page could not be displayed" on my mobile phone (SE Z600).
error log says:
