The message is in the language of the user who downloaded the attachment. Since we have the attachment's owner in $mail_user, it should be trivial to load this user's prefs and set the preferred language.

Hi selsky: I am sure,that these strings were exist and translated in my horde-rc/imp/zh_TW.po,and maked via command: #translation.php make --locale=zh_TW --module=imp but still not resolved this issue. You can find my zh_TW.po for IMP 4.1.1 here http://210.241.49.68:/horde-rc/imp/po/zh_TW.po David

Hi there: The download notification message did not transfer into pref's language format. The default language prefs for me was zh_TW in Horde 3.1.1 + IMP 4.1,attach screenshot will help me to explain what i try to say.
