Done in HEAD, will be in IMP 4.2. If folks are happy with this implementation I can port it over to Nag/Kronolith as well for reminder sounds.

What do you mean with the preview? I mean,pre-play the audio in select from.so user can pick up someone as preferred.and also it will be better to provide information of the audio file size so the low bandwith user can chose a suitable one. Regarding audio notifications: I don't think we should allow uploading custom audio files, but having a set of tones to select from, or at least a better default sound, would be nice. I agree.
