I don't think there's a specific value we can query, but we could make 
a request back to the server with a path_info string set and toggle a 
bit in the session based on whether or not it shows up, maybe.

Is there any way to find out from PHP if a web server configuration 
supports PATH_INFO? We could create much nicher URLs then in these 
cases.

This patch adds support for display of a URL that can be used by a 
desktop calendar client, to subscribe to a Kronolith share.



There may also be a bug in the existing code - for the user's default 
share, neither the calendar_url nor the calendar_subscription_url are 
displayed.  They are left blank, and while a user can always assume 
that its their login name, its never good to leave assumptions in the 
hands of users.
