This has been fixed with the IMP_Seach:: rewrite. It will be merged to 4.1 after testing in HEAD.

With the pref to return to the mailbox after message actions, if you view a message in the virtual inbox and then mark is as unseen from the message view, the message doesn't appear in the virtual inbox immediately, only after a mailbox reload.
