Well, the attached patch works, but I refuse to believe it's the best way to do it.

There is a preference that makes this block show a random comic. It makes sense to refresh it in this case, but *only* in this case. I'll work up a new patch that takes that into consideration.

With recent changes to have portal blocks update individually (as opposed to the whole page), the Klutz block no longer refreshes. The attached patch allows the Klutz block to update.
