* kolab/issue2499 (Notification messages by the resource manager
should be localized)
* kolab/issue2544 (Encoding problem in cancelled appointments)
* Reverted the fix for kolab/issue2495 (The reply to an invitation
with umlauts of a group account doesn't display the umlauts.) It
should be covered by the fix for kolab/issue2499.

Information" under options, they do not get set. I am using MySQL as a
backend, and the set request returns a sucessful message. However,
returning to the options page shows no effect. Attempting to send a
message to trash while in this state also fails, indicating " The
folder "Trash" was not created. This is what the server said: Invalid
mailbox name." -- most likely becuase the trash folder already exists.
