I've committed these, though didn't test them closely. Mostly wanting 
to get them in so they don't fall further behind.

update od original patch:
- patch against cvs 21.3.2005
- comments header uses 'div' instead of table
- Agora_Messages::getThreadsUI() now uses '<strong>' instead of '<b>'
- _agora_getThreads extended with form/count attributes
- _agora_numMessages uses normal count call instend of retrive and count
- _agora_getMessages combined into _agora_getThreads since the 
difference was  only in the order parameter

This is a cleanup of the mechanism used to allow comments in 
ansel/scry/jonah. As much code is located in the agora api as possible.

This also fixes the (error) messages generated when adding/deleting 
comments. They now appear in the proper place.
