There aren't pages in the browse list. The "abc filter" is now at both the top and the bottom of the list.

in the settings are 20 contacts allowed for a page. but I dont have pages in the browse list. On a search the pages are working. I am using a LDAP Book. Is it possible to push the "abc filter" an the top of the contacts?
