This was happening ANYTIME the host event was changed via the ajax interface. Drag/Drop, resize, or edit/save. I couldn't fully test this change when resizing an event since there is some other issue with resizing the events (probably Bug: 10808).

If events with attached resources are moved by drag-and-drop the matching resource calender entries do not move in the UI. After a manual refresh for example by clicking calender the resources jump to the expected place.
