You don't say what synchronization protocol you are using, but if you are referring to ActiveSync, this is not possible, as the protocol does not support this. Actually, more accurately, the protocol discourages it and I have not found a single client that supports it.

I have found only a option to send the Contacts to IOS and remove current Contacts. I way to get the Contacts from IOS i have not found. Please add them or give short feedback, whit the right way.
