national characters, then in the compose window the filename is
displayed in encoded form.
eg: 2. =?iso-8859-2?B?dmW1a+Egu2G+a+Eg6G9rb2zhZGEudHh0?= (text/plain)
After sending the message, the filename of the attachement in the
received email is OK. I use sk_SK@iso-8859-2 language.
