Patch committed to master. Don't know why it doesn't show up here.
Thanks Ralf,

I applied the changes you commited to lib/Api.php and the calendars
show up in DAV, so everything seems to work fine.

After the upgrade from 4.0.5 to 4.1.0 our users can't access shared system
calendars using the WebDAV/ICS url. Browsing the DAV directory structure,
the "horde/rpc.php/kronolith/-system-" folder is empty.

Access to the system calendars within kronolith works fine, and the
WebDAV/ICS access to user-owned shared calendars also works.
