However, I recreated the scenario; entered my email address, purposely left the subject line blank, clicked send email, received notification; clicked cancel and the email was sent to my email address after opting to cancel the message. And I can't reproduce. Which means you have to trace the code to determine why this is happening on your side, and what can be done to fix it. Otherwise, there is not a valid report here (since there is nothing wrong from our side).
