See my comment on dev@. This shouldn't be necessary and is too hackish.
Where *are* the translations during packaging, if they aren't in their 
original place, nor in their final place.

When running unit test (for various components), from the sources, 
some unit tests fails because the component is not installed....

Obviously, during packaging, package is not yet installed ;)

This patch is only a tricky workaround...
