What does "try" mean? Did it succeed or not. We did edit the HTML signature successfully. However, with the success, supposedly, the HTML signature should be shown on the mail that is sent. But, in receiving side (of that mail), the HTML signature is not shown on the received mail. Step 4. Send out mail Result, the newly created HTML signature does not show on the sent mail. Also please stop uploading office documents or setting any ticket details that don't make sense. Noticed.
