I add a tasklist with all permissions for a user group, but the other users in the group can not see the task list "Shared Task Lists No items to display". Before I want to add a task list as horde admin with the "System task lists don't have an owner. Only administrators can change the task list settings and permissions." option, but I can not see this tasklist under "My Task Lists", maybe that broke someting?
