If horde ['conf']['share']['hidden'] = true and kronolith 
['conf']['share']['notify'] = true, the user with whom the calendar is 
shared receives an email letting him know that he needs to subscribe 
the calendar by clicking on the provided link.

The problem is that clicking on that link only shows a notification 
stating "You are not allowed to view this calendar", so the user can't 
subscribe to the calendar
