IMP and Turba are separate applications. IMP doesn't know if address books have removed from Turba.

when deleting the default address book from "My Address Books", the 'add_source' id in preferences is not reset, this results as displaying an error ( Invalid address book: md5_id ) when trying to add an email using the green book icon Note that another address book is regenerated with a different id, but we do not update the add_source value if needed
