To be able to bypass the issue I was able to sudo -u www-data the mail filter :) so it is running as www-data :)

Hi All! I have an issue with whups-mail-filter. It runs by postfix with low permission (nobody,nogroup) but create folders and files in horde's vfs filesystem with user permission only (rwx------) but then I can't see ticket attachments by web because web can't see the file because the permission.
