problem is that Horde was ignoring my backends.local.php , now it's fixed

it was working before upgrade to stable version

Then configure Passwd correctly.

Getting error 'Failure in changing password for Horde SQL Authentication: User not found' when trying to change the password. We are using authentication via IMAP, not Horde users.
