What kind of notifications? I thought it was the same as in kronolith, to disable alarm notifications from hidden task lists, but this option is only for _email_ notifications. "Choose if you want to be notified of new, edited, and deleted tasks by email:" Sorry, that's not a bug!

I get notifications from hidden task lists with the notifications setting "On all Shown task lists".
